Who: Senior Elite, Senior 1, Senior 2, Junior 1, Junior 2 - *Qualifying standards - see below*
*Swimmers must complete their SNC confirmation in order to compete in the meet. Please refer to March 6th email from the office for instructions.
Qualifying Standards: swimmers must achieve official time under the below standard in 200 IM for their age group as of May 6th, 2023.
- 12-13 - 3:30.00 (200 IM)
- 14-15 - 3:20.00 (200 IM)
- 16&Over - 3:10.00 (200 IM)
Deadline: Please decline by April 25th, 2023 if unable to attend. Swimmers who do not meet the standard will not be entered into the meet.

14 & Over - Session 1/3 - Saturday & Sunday
- On Deck: 6:15am
- Warm Up: 6:30am-7:20am
- Session: 7:30am-12:20pm
13 & Under - Session 2 - Saturday
- On Deck: 12:15pm
- Warm Up: 12:30pm-12:55pm
- Session: 1:30pm-8:00pm
13 & Under - Session 4 - Sunday
- On Deck: 12:40pm
- Warm Up: 12:55pm-1:20pm
- Session: 1:30pm-7:30pm
