*Teams are required to provide a reasonable amount of timers and officials in order to ensure the meet is able to run.
Meet Officials: Each participating club will be required to provide Timers and Stroke & Turn Officials proportionally to the number of swimmers registered for each session according to the table below;
- 3-5 Swimmers 1 timer*
- 6-10 swimmers 1 timer, 1 stroke & turn*
- 11 or more swimmers 2 timers, 1 stroke & turn*

Entry Deadline: Please decline prior to 11:59pm on Tuesday November 15th, 2022 if your swimmer is unable to attend the meet.

Session 1 - Sat Nov 26th 12 & Under
- On Deck: 7:10am
- Warm Up: 7:30am
- Start: 8:30am
- Estimated Finish: 12:30pm
Session 2 - Sat Nov 26th 13&Over
- On Deck 1:40pm
- Warm Up: 2:00pm
- Start: 3:00pm
- Estimated Finish: 6:30pm
Session 3 - Sun Nov 27th 12&Under

- Warm Up: 7:30am
