VPSC PASS Meet #1

• Where: St George's Senior School (Kerr Pool)
• MEETING SPOT: Camosun St. & West 27th Ave. 
• When: Saturday October 24th, 10:00am - 2:00pm
• Who: Mini’s Gold, Mini’s Silver, Mini's Bronze
• Cost: $25 per swimmer

Please note that all swimmers must ACCEPT or DECLINE the event. If you cannot attend, please email Coach Kaitlyn (kaitlynmak@vpsc.ca) to inform us why you cannot attend.

Timeline:

Read rules below carefully - we are guests at St. George's School. Failure to follow the rules they have set for us could result in loss of privileges.

• No spectators are permitted into the facility (only coaches, swimmers, and volunteers who signed up) 
• At drop off, swimmers & volunteers must meet the coaches at the MEETING SPOT Camosun St. & West 27th Ave  by 10:00am 
• The door locks behind us and no latecomers will be able to enter
• It is a St. George's School policy that no members of our club are wandering the grounds unaccompanied by a coach
  • If your swimmer arrives late for the check-in and the rest of the group has already gone inside, you will not be able to participate.
• Absolutely no use of the driveway or parking lots is permitted for VPSC members, even if their swimmer attends St George's School.

*Absence Note: If your swimmer is unable to attend (after you've declared "accept") and it's past the declaration deadline, the fee must still be paid unless there is a medical note sent*
