Hello and Welcome to the 2025-2026 Season!
We’re excited to kick off the new season and invite swimmers and parents to join us for a meet-and-greet with coaches and fellow group members. This is a perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the year ahead!
When: Saturday, September 27, 2025
Where: UBC Aquatic Center
Schedule: Please arrive at your group’s designated time! Athletes will be in the water swimming during their designated time.
- 2:15-3:15 PM @ UBC (15x25m)
- Senior Performance, Junior Performance, Junior Development, Fitness
- 3:00-4:15 PM @ UBC (20x25m)
- All Youth Program + Minis Platinum
Event Details:
- ARC Classroom: Athletes can pick up their kits and any gear they have ordered in the ARC classroom, which will be open throughout the event. We will also have a juice box and snack for each athlete! (ARC Classroom is directly beside the ARC lower level studio)
- Team Aquatics Booth: We will also have a Team Aquatics booth set up outside the facility, offering a range of swimming gear and equipment. This is a great chance to get everything you need for the season!
